Our EU approval no. = EV no. 1517 for meat processing companies thus guarantees consistent quality. This certification ensures that the craft traditions from which our company originated are maintained and managed by means of modern, active quality management.

The traceability of our raw materials, which we obtain from EC companies, is of course also guaranteed. We therefore only work with suppliers who are prepared to support our quality objectives in partnership.
